Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving your order confirmation (cut off time 6:00p.m.).
Package will be scheduled for delivery on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that delivery schedules may be affected due to a high volume of orders or postal/delivery service problems that are not within our control.
We apologize that we are unable to process international shipping for the time being.
Local Shipping Rates
Flat rate shipping (Free shipping for orders over $80).

|Local Registered Mail - SingPost||S$3.60|
Free local delivery (via SingPost local registered mail) is available for orders over $40 within mainland Singapore (excluding addresses located on Sentosa).
*For large order, delivery may be shipped out in more than one package.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We appreciate your understanding that all sales are considered final upon shipment and we do not accept refunds, returns and exchanges.
